    Terms of service

Payment Policy

‍"Payment is due upon receipt of your invoice, prior to any delivery

being made. Failure to pay promptly may result in a late fee of $5 on the day

after invoice is due, and $15 on day 3 after invoice is due.   Beginning on day 8 after the invoice was due, you will be charged a $10 per day storage fee for your finished laundry items not to exceed $50.   Laundry Lift will only store your finished order for 14 days after invoice is sent. On the 15th day at our discretion your items may be donated to a charity of our choosing.

CASH PAYMENTS

Laundry Lift does not regularly accept cash payments. We will only accept cash payment if arranged PRIOR to pick up.  If cash payment is requested the client must choose the per bag method of payment and a 50% deposit will be collected at the time of pickup, with the remainder due at delivery, prior to items being handed over.

Cancellation Policy​​

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so 2 hours prior to scheduled pickup, or prior to 9am for expedited orders. If you do not, a $10 no show fee may be assed if a driver shows up for pickup and no order is available to pick up.

Laundry Lift will not under any circumstance launder or accept any orders consisting of bugs. All laundry will be inspected PRIOR to entering our facility. If we notice anything we will contact you to arrange return of your items and a $20 pickup and return fee will be assessed prior to returning your items.

Laundry Lift will charge a fee (minimum of $10) for any laundry sent that consists of excessive food scraps, excessive trash,

or solid human or pet waste, that requires manual removal before laundering etc.
